What we do
Comprehensive initiatives to fight hunger and empower vulnerable communities worldwide
What is your Food Banking system?
Our Food Bank is the storehouse where food donations are received from manufacturers, retailers, and organizations, then distributed through our network of Food Pantries and feeding programs that serve families, children, and individuals at risk of hunger.
How does School Feeding work?
We provide nutritious meals to school children in underserved communities, ensuring they have the energy to learn and grow. Our program also includes nutrition education and works with local farmers to source ingredients.
What emergency feeding services do you provide?
During crises, we operate mobile kitchens and emergency food distribution centers. Our humanitarian response has reached 195 communities across 25 countries, distributing over 84 million meals.
What educational programs do you offer?
Our education initiatives include: providing school supplies, teacher training, back-to-school campaigns for dropouts, emergency education during crises, and special programs focused on girls' education.
How does your teacher training program work?
The Ark Bearers Teachers Training Institute uses a mentor-mentee approach to equip educators with modern teaching methods, child psychology understanding, and resources to improve learning outcomes in underserved schools.
How do you strengthen family livelihoods?
We provide vocational training, microloans, and business development support to help vulnerable households become economically independent and better able to care for their children.
What child protection services do you provide?
Our Child Safety & Advocacy program protects children from abuse through awareness campaigns, safety education, and by championing children's rights as outlined in the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
How does your Faith & Development program work?
We create safe spaces and positive role models for at-risk youth through faith-based activities that promote moral development, self-esteem, and community support networks.
